Keshava temple is located in Somanathapura town of Mysore District, Karnataka, and is just 38km away from Mysore.and it is a must-watch place during your Mysore tour. This temple is located on the bank of River Cauvery.

 The temple is built by Hoysala in their unique architectural style and The Trikuta Temple of Lord Krishna is there in three forms – Janardhana, Keshava, and Venugopala. Unfortunately, the Janardhana and Venugopala idols are damaged. andthe main Keshava idol is missing. 

Even with all this, this temple's beautiful architecture is magnificent, and it's worth the visit.

Timings for temple visit is 9am to 5pm You can visit the Somanathpura temple on any day of the week throughout the year 

The entry fee for Indians is 5Rs, whereas for foreigners it is 100Rs.
